Rafael was the ultimate professional as well as courteous and friendly. He kept me informed along the way and even educated me about my a/c system. He took the time and effort to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. He also took care with my property (wore booties over his shoes) and my health (wore a mask) and made sure to take any trash with him.  I highly recommend this company and this outstanding employee!

Andrew was professional and friendly. I usually leave my Air conditioning to someone else, so I was relatively new at handling my system.  He took me through a quick review of my system.  He also explained my thermostat. He also changed my filter and removed ice from my system.  I now feel that I thoroughly know my system. He was kind and understanding. He was a good teacher. Mark was here to do maintenance on all plumbing issues and was very professional. He explained the areas where we could benefit from repairs and replacement of various plumbing areas especially the bathrooms and  eventually the hot water heater. He was informative but not pushy and very pleasant. He is an excellent representative of Badger Bob's Services company. When we decide to invest in new plumbing we would definitely request that Mark take care of it.

I use Badger Bobs for quarterly maintenance and repairs and feel they are quite fair. What stands out most is how professional the technicians are. I just had another new unit installed today and the gentleman who lead the crew was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend this company!!

Prompt, professional and personable.  Appliance technician Joe was a pleasure to deal with.  He took time to explain things and completed the repair efficiently.  From the agents taking calls and setting up visits, to the appliance technicians and the security follow up prior to visits this company is very impressive!

My technician was on time, courteous, very thorough and available for suggestions and recommendations to insure my AC continues to function well.  I trust Badger Bob's services.  After  years of dealing with other  companies, it is a pleasure to be able o say that.

The service technician Jan Dospel was professional & courteous.  Gave me a complete and detailed explanation of his findings.  Was very happy with the service provided.  The services performed were a video inspection of my drain piping to my septic system.
My only issue was the extensive delay in speaking to a customer service representative.  When I first called I was informed by an automated service that I was 8 in line to be responded so I hung up & called again & selected the option for call back.  After 25-30 minutes I got a call back that I was next in line & then ended up waiting for 8 minutes for someone to come online.  The person that finally answered was professional but couldn't provide me with an answer to the eta for the technician arrival except that he was enroute.
Was very happy with the service provided but seriously you guys need to improve your call answering times & service.

I have been trying to get a plumber out to replace my 13+yr old water heater.  Badger Bob's center had a tech at my door by 8:15am the very next morning.  Ian arrived and immediately gave me a quote for the water heater replacement (including removal of the old one and clean up).   The price was very fair, compared to others that had already quoted.  He actually had the new unit delivered while he removed the old one.  2hrs after arriving to quote, the new unit was installed, and the place was clean.  I have tested the water temp since he left, and everything was as he described and working well.   We are very pleased with the company and Ian - will recommend both to anyone

Our service technician, Joseph Mendoza, was extremely courteous and professional.  He obviously knew his stuff, was happy to explain what was wrong and why, and was very mindful of keeping the work neat and clean. All the signs of a pro.  This was our first encounter with Badger Bob and we would certainly use them again.

Badger Bob's replaced our Air Conditioning unit several years ago.  They did a great job and I continue to use them for service.  I highly recommend this company.  Excellent products, price, and service.
