  So, I was skeptical based on the reviews at first but they couldn't have been farther from the truth. The friendly staff brightened my day. Norman is a genius when it comes to plumbing and his team taught me about a whole world I didn't know before.

  Thanks, Michael - good point! We can't identify the customers who gave us a bad review, so we have our doubts, but it raises a question: What should consumers do if they receive bad service? Easy! Call the Better Business Bureau to report them - of course! BBB will look into it - and endeavor to keep their members straight! (You do use a BBB member company, don't you?!?)
