We were very pleased to be able to schedule same-day service and were very satisfied with the technician, David. He was friendly and did a professional job. I felt their pricing was high. There was a $75 call-out fee which I incorrectly assumed would be applied to the cost if we went ahead with the service. I was mistaken. When I made the appointment I asked about pricing. I think they should have been able to either provide a rough estimate or hourly rate, but they did neither. The total cost of the faucet installation was $305 despite it taking less than one hour. I was expecting to pay $150 or at most $200. According to HomeAdvisor and several other sites, it should have cost $120 - $300 so B&L does good work but is on the high side.

Thank you for responding immediately to our broken pipe that flooded our house. When I called the office you were able to fit us in your schedule. And the service man was quick to arrive and to fix the problem. He also was very informative in explaining the issue. I would certainly recommend B&L Plumbing. Your company is the best!

I am currently out of state for work and my wife called them because there was a leak. They charged me $234 to replace an $8 shower drain that you can get from any Home Depot. When I called the company to ask why so much and do they realize how insane that is, they stated right from the start they charge $89 as a trip fee and then charged me $157 for 5 minutes of work. I understand paying for the knowledge but that is over board. When asked about the $89 fee just to come out, they said “that doesn’t go towards the job, that’s for like gas and stuff.” I don’t know how they are still in business but if there was an option to do 0 stars I would.
