  Terrible service! They wouldn't know how to fix the AC if the manual was written for a 5 year old. Save your money and hire a more professional company.

  Nope. They do not stand by their work even though they absolutely admitted to failures during installation. Tried to charge another 2000+ dollars to correct the mistakes they made after I had already paid them over 12K for 2 new AC units. Their serviceman lied on the checkoff sheet saying he had checked our duct work when he never did. Our kitchen ceiling collapsed as a result and we had significant water damage. The owners son fully admitted they had made a mistake but they just couldn't "absorb the cost". It was STILL under warranty at that time too! Just don't if you care about service after they walk away.

  Never again. AC went out Saturday around 3 maybe, technician showed up at 10:30 am Sunday. The man was very hard to understand due to complete mumbling. I walked outside at one point and caught him letting freon out of the outside unit. After he left the entire inside unit froze all the way to outside. Thawed with fan, service paper noted noting about Freon, unit will not cool. Now Monday 1pm, 88 degrees in my home with 3 children. Technician took board with him and still hasn't dropped it off at office as they instructed him to first thing in the morning, or at lunch. So it hasn't even been ordered yet. Very upset.
