  Starts off with a sales pitch for a $50 container of enzymes to keep things "circulating". Proceeds to pump septic tank until he gets near the bottom. Stops the pumping and proceeds to pull the hose. I inspect the tank and notice a foot of sludge. I question this and he states,"You need to buy the chemical". For fear of dumping the contents of the truck onto my lawn, I reluctantly paid the fee. They seemed upset with my concerns and proceeded to pull the hose to the truck leaving septic contents on my lawn. I have since called another service to complete the job. Hopefully this review will help someone else make an informed decision.

  Came out same day dug up our tank and stayed after they pumped it to make sure it all worked very nice and low priced !.would recommend
