  We used B&G recently to fix a clogged bathroom sink. Every part of the process exceeded expectations. When I called to schedule, it was over the holidays so I expected to have to wait weeks before they could come out, but they were able to come within a couple days. The two people who came, Kenney and Chris, were great. They called when they were on their way and arrived right when they said they would (even though there was a fair amount of snow on the ground). They not only fixed the clog, but also fixed the underlying problems from a previous plumber we had used (not B&G) which caused this clog. After they finished, they cleaned everything up like they were never there and gave me some helpful preventative maintenance tips. Great experience all around and a very reasonable price. B&G are our go to plumbers now.

  B&G has done a number of things for me over the years, from re-piping an old 1925 house to cutting concrete and putting drain lines in the floor of a basement. Sewer repairs and everything in-between. Most recently Kenney came out and fixed a drain issue under a kitchen sink that has been fixed wrong a half dozen times before by others, re-did it from top to bottom and I think we finally have it right this time. Also switched out a couple of shut-off valves and a hose bib just to make sure. When he asked for a review I realized how much the entire team has done over the years that I had never done so and felt I must give them all a thumbs up. Thanks to the entire B&G organization.

  I work for large community that serves a lot of homes and was so very pleased to have found B&G. They are Fast efficient and do an AMAZING job. They are like a one stop shop because they have all their own equipment they could need for the job. Every employee i have came in contact with has been super friendly and very helpful and informative. If you are not using B&G for your excavation and plumbing needs your missing out. Thank you B&G for your you hard work!
