  I would NEVER recommend them to friends or family. I'm normally not one to blast on social media, but this is the worst we've ever been treated by a business. Someone came out to check our furnace this morning and said they weren't sure how to fix it, but stated someone with more experience would be out later. 4 pm rolls around, and still no one.. We called and got nothing but lies... they claimed someone had come out again and no one did, made up things that were never wrong in the first place, and claimed they called me even though they never had my number... It would have been one thing if they were honest and told us they didn't know what to do in the first place. But they made us wait all day in sub zero temps to end up just blatantly lying to us. Very unethical, poor customer service.

  I was calling to schedule appointment to have a plumber come out and give me a quote. The guy that answer the phone didn't seem to care too much. I briefly told him 1 of a few things I needed done and he told me they don't do quotes before I could tell all what I needed done. It seemed that because the first thing I told him was to small of a job he wasn't interested. Unfortunately for them they lost on a water softner and boiler among other small jobs I needed. He only told me that they would charge me $100 an hour the moment they leave the shop. I told him I was getting quotes from other plummers and was told to get my quotes they didn't do them. Didn't seem to care for new business.
