  We had a water heater explode and they came out right away. The guy working on it was polite and professional. Working with B&B on paying the bill has been unexpectedly pleasant. They are a company that understands the day to day struggles and will work with you on making payments!! I HIGHLY Recommend B&B!!! I don’t do reviews but these guys definitely deserve this 5 star!

  Our hot water heater split and poured out water last night. I called B&B Plumbing this morning and they replaced our hot water heater. The guys were friendly, fast and we have hot water again! THANK YOU!!

  I just purchased my home and when I had a clogged toilet that wouldn't budge with a plunger, I knew I had to call in the professionals. My step dad has ALWAYS used B&B Plumbing so I took a note from his book and called. They came out right away and fixed the issue quickly even with difficulties. Shortly after the toilet issue, I found a leak from the shower in my OTHER bathroom and called. Again, quick, prompt, and professional! Vaughn was incredibly sweet and even took the time to educate me on my garbage disposal maintenance. That was not even the reason he was there, but he was so kind when I asked! He has a brightness to him when speaking about things he knows well. I felt confident enough to leave him in my home working while I was asked by a friend to join her on a trip an hr away. When I came back, it did not even appear he was there, because he did such a fantastic job cleaning up after himself. Thank you for everything Vaughn! There was a small discrepancy with the billing and when I called I spoke with Dan. He was very polite and quick to research into it and got back to me faster than I assumed he would and gave me better news than I expected! Thank you so much Dan! My step dad was on to something here, and now I know I will ALWAYS call B&B Plumbing and Heating.
