  I'm writing this review for my in-laws who have a lake house in Cherokee Village. Water was backing up into their basement. B&B quickly identified the problem with the septic, fixed the issue enough so water could be used overnight and showed up promptly in the morning to finish the job. They were prompt, professional and friendly. The owner, Roland, was very kind and explained exactly what the problem was and how he was planning to fix it. The work was exactly what they said they'd do. The price at the end of the job was very reasonable. Overall they are extremely satisfied with the work B&B completed and will use them again for all of their plumbing needs.
