  Called them about replacing my kitchen faucet. They said "we'll be there tomorrow". Stayed home all day and they never showed, so I called and got-with major attitude-"I said we'd be there tomorrow". Um, I called the day before, so that was tomorrow. So I waited all day again, and once again they didn't show. It's been 4 days and they're never shown up or called. So I hired another plumber and the faucet has now been replaced. This company is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere

  They were quick to respond and send over a few plumbers to work on my clogged drain. However, when they left the drain still wasn't working properly and they advised I just keep pouring boiling hot water down the drain. Which I did over the next few days. My drain still isn't working correctly when I called back the plumber that did the work he told me his manager would be in touch to discuss other solutions. The manager did not call me. That was over a week ago and I still have a clogged drain. As a result I can not recommend this company.

  Seth and Tanner were very professional and informative. Thank you guys! They fixed the problem that past plumbers couldn’t figure out! I will always use and refer B&B Johnson Plumbing!
