  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company will leave you and your family in the cold in the middle of winter with no heat. We had them out for a repair on January 4th 2022. The techs told me they found a leak and were going to town for lunch, make some phone calls, and would return. They didn't. I called their boss and he said their was a misunderstanding and that he needed to call a supplier about a part. After a week passed, when I called he said he was in the middle of service call and would call me back. He didn't call back for over 7 weeks. Needless to say we called another company and they had us fixed up in 6 hours. Now we get a bill, and while they did apologize for letting us "fall through the cracks" and "we were too busy" amongst other excuses, they did apologize doing the bare minimum to help us on the bill (approx 10% break). I wouldn't use this company again after they left me and my family (3 daughters under 6) in the middle of winter without heat or even a phone call. Update (response to owner) - I give you some credit for owning up to your mistakes. However, it's laughable to think the backup heat sources you mention could heat our entire home during the coldest months of the year. These are backup systems only meant to bridge small gaps in power disruption, not serve as primary heat sources. The hot water heater running the in floor heat could barely maintain 58 degrees in the rooms it serviced. The little propane fireplace kept the room it was in warm, but the rest of the house was in the high 50's or when the sun was out in the low 60's....so yeah it didn't work, so please don't try and save face by putting it back on me and just own your mistakes.

  Stetson, We appreciate the criticism and cannot deny the communication error. It's unfortunate you stated you were left without heat in the middle of the winter, when in reality you have two other sources of heat in your home. B and C would not have left a family without heat. We are using this as a learning tool to improve our communication with our customers.

  They replaced my hot water heater and put in a water softener. Awesome work. Very efficient and went through everything. Definitely recommend them.
