  Everything was fantastic. I called because my water heater completely stopping working. The gal who answered my call at Aztec was so nice and assured me she could get someone over at 6;15 the same night to help me out. John arrived promptly at 6;10pm. He was so nice. Told me I definitely needed a NEW Water heater. Gave me the quote which was excellent. Went and picked up a new heater. Replaced it. Took the old one and all the mess. Was kind and explained everything and I was thrilled that Aztec came over and totally fixed everything the day I called. I was so happy to have a brand new water heater all installed the day mine broke and I got hot water back. I would highly recommend Aztec. John offered his business cards and I will definitely give them out to my friend. So glad I called. I will hire them again.

  Outstanding customer service from the initial call. The technician was EXCELLENT! Took his time and did a superb job. This is my 3rd time using the company since purchasing our Naples home. Aztec recommended updating much of the old plumbing for toilet and faucet emergency cutoff valves. Highly recommend this company.

  I had an appointment slotted between 2 and 4pm. I was glad when I received an email telling me the plumber was on his way ahead of time. He arrived around 12:45. THE WASHER VALVE HAD BEEN TWISTED THE PREVIOUS DAY BY THE PERSON WHO CAME TO INSTALL A NEW WASHER. That did not get done because the washer door was broken, but he had already attempted to unscrew the cold water hose and twisted it while doing that. I only noticed the leak a few hours after he had left and water had been seeping into the wall. It was urgent to fix the leak, the condo unit being on the second floor, to avoid damage to the unit below. I had to keep the main water valve shut (only opened it when I needed water), to mimimize the risk of damage inside our wall and to the unit below. When Iggy, the Aztec plumber arrived, he assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and did the repair. He removed all the old and dated equipment and put in up-to-code new valves and pipes. The final cost was exactly what he had quoted. Iggy was everything you want a repairman to be. Very customer-oriented, professional and polite. He cleaned the work area and left nothing behind. Pic shows job done. The wall will be repaired by the condo unit owner. Message to Iggy: Your Sophie and my Frimousse are playing together!
