  Arrived from out of country late Friday night to find water heater let go when we turned it on. Called Aztec about 10:15 Saturday morning - they said someone could be there between 12 & 2. Ben arrived around 11:30, assessed, gave us an estimate and we had a new water heater and were back in business shortly after 4. Can’t thank you enough. Ben was professional, knowledgable, efficient and extremely personable. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend. We chose Aztec because other reviews were great and we were not disappointed. Thanks again.

  We really liked Mike. He was very professional and courteous. We were very upset with the pricing. I was originally quoted $2800. When I stated that price was crazy, I was then quoted $2100. I supplied all of the parts. This was strictly a labor job which took less than 7 hours. That is $300 an hour labor. I was quoted much less of a price from someone else and that company was suppling the material (roughly $500). Their issue was that they could not get to my home timely. I believe Aztec quoted a price that included materials. Overall, I loved the service and we are very happy with the result; however, due to pricing, I would not recommend or use Aztec plumbing again. This conclusion in no way reflects Mike's performance.

  Nothing worse than no hot water!!! I recommend by a friend to use this company. To my surprise I Callled Aztecplumbing and was able to get a same day appointment!! Had Jeremiah Van here today. Extremely happy with the knowledge, Courtesy and fast prompt service from Jeremiah. He was able to diagnose the problem, give an estimate for the job and followed through with estimates for replacement water heater for future purchase as per requested. His professionalism and the fair price for the job was well executed. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome/service call. I cant thank you enough for your prompt time and expertise on making my hot water work again!!!! I'll definitely use this company from now on for any service projects moving forward. Thank you!!!
