  I contacted AZ Best Plumbing to install dishwasher and refrigerator water line. I provided all necessary parts to complete a job. Technician quoted me more than 2 hours of labor and $530. He completed a job in 1hour and 10 minutes. I asked him to adjust the price because he did not spent the time he quoted me. I got a response, I CAN NOT. I suggested him to call the office and ask to adjust the price. $530 for just of hour of work, complete rip off. I contacted office and express my concern, unfortunately, i was told the manager will call me back, never heard anything. They cashed my check ASAP. PLEASE , please do your research and stay away from this company.

  Had a tech come out over a month ago to give me an estimate on adding a water softener to a nearby waterline for a mister on the patio. No response, no follow-up, no reply to an email I sent asking for a quote. I would have paid you almost anything you asked for. Bad business practice. Would not recommend this business. I always go local when I can. I understand you are looking for big easy jobs. These folks are not interested in smaller local jobs.

  These guys are absolutely the best. They do top quality work, and are reliable, efficient, and above all, professional. Their techs come when they say they will come, and text or phone when they are on their way. They’ve done a lot of work for me, including fixing a leak in my refrigerator water line, replacing a defective toilet and a dead water heater, and today, two of their techs, Brandon and Vincent, took only 2 hours to fix an in-wall leak in my hot water line that had driven my gas and water bills through the roof last month. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 6 stars out of 5!
