  More like zero stars. Started off great! Pipes froze and broke in Feb, leaving us with minimal water usage. Quick showers, piles of dirty laundry, turning the breaker on only to allow the tank to fill then off asap to keep the leaking at a minimum. Couldn't get any local plumber to call back. Avolio had someone out the SAME day, very nice guys, provided an estimate and roughly a week later for repairs. Then nothing. Phone calls and emails to Dan and his brother, one I was almost in tears practically begging them to do the job, apologizing profusely if we had done something wrong, though I couldn't understand what, and to at least let us pay for the estimate. Nothing for a week, then an email to my husband, not a call to me, the soonest was now April. Weeks of water running under our stairs into our dining room, which was being remodeled, ruined our sheetrock and now we have black mold. Here's the issue. Whatever your reason for such horrible treatment, not that you care, at the VERY least extend just an ounce of empathy and professionalism and confirm, like we asked several times, whether you were doing the job or not. It would have taken 30 seconds of your very valuable time, which in return would have saved my time, which, by the way, also happens to be very valuable. Not to mention damage that we can't afford, and a lot of tears. The silver lining?? We no longer need your services, but that's exactly what you were hoping for.

  Unfortunately I have to respond to our first negative review. As stated plumbers are extremely difficult to schedule. By luck we were able to respond quickly that day. An estimate was provided with an estimated date of early April when we would schedule to complete the work. As far as the offer to pay for the estimate, we still haven't received payment for the first call in January.

  I contacted Avolio Brothers regarding a toilet repair. The crew was on time and repaired it to satisfaction. While the guys were there, I asked about replacing a toilet in another bathroom. I was told Dave would get back to me with a price and installation date. I received the estimate for the price of the new toilet and installation. It was extremely reasonable. We set up a date and it was installed without any problems. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for the "lost art of professionalism and experience". I'll use them again in the future, should I require it. Lisa

  These folks are excellent. Helpful, friendly and quick. They are very busy so try to plan ahead. Their HVAC ducts are perfectly fabricated, they made me a plenum and supply truck. You can see they take pride in their work. Dont mess with cheap parts, buy from Avolio Brothers and support a family owned business.
