  Avid has wonderful knowledge team. The woman on the phone was lovely getting everything scheduled and working out details. The Installers who work quickly and efficient on a new water heater and water softener. They answered all of my questioned I had before and after and gave me a tutorial of how everything worked and long term care. I would recommend them to anyone!

  First, it was very easy to arrange an appointment. Art Rodgers arrived on time, explained everything very well. Was very kind and efficient in his work replacing our old hook up to the refrigerator and installing new lines and a new shut-off valve. He also did an "add-on" and unclogged a drain. Wonderful work and excellent in his respect for us and safety issues with Covid. Both my wife and I really liked him and would recommend him and Avid Plumbing for any service. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Avid Plumbing and Art R. You are our plumbing service. Very impressed. Roger and Joanie Young

  We had Avid install a new tub/shower in our bathroom, and two new toilets installed as well. We only have one full bath in our home so we needed it done in one day, when they came out for the quote they assured us it would be. From the beginning everyone we worked with communicated great, was highly professional, and could tell they were knowledgeable. We did have a couple hiccups with back ordered items, but that is not the companies fault, it's a country wide issue, but they were quick to offer us other options that would work for us. I will go to them for all my plumbing needs from now on, they're also very reasonably priced. They do not do the drywall, but they suggested 3D Drywall, and they did a good job as well! Thank you guys so much, we love it!
