  The owners of Avery Plumbing pride themselves on providing every customer with the best customer service experience possible. They always tell the truth about what the plumbing issues are, regardless of the revenue generated for them. Their philosophy seems to be that if they just pay attention to providing exceptional customer service, everything else will fall into place.George is very knowledgable and experienced in all aspects of plumbing and can install, repair, replace anything to do with plumbing. In addition, they are two of most honest, sincere, and fun people I have ever met.

  Avery Plumbing was quick to respond to our needs and came the same day. We had a terrible odor from our master bathroom, I thought the smell of gas and he found that our shower drain wasn't properly installed with a trap. The job was done at a reasonable price with excellent customer service!

  I am beside myself with this company! George came out to my home two weeks ago to look at a leak in our soft water system. He was great and located the serial number and called his plumbing supply to find out that it was under warranty for another 3 years for which I was happy to hear. He called the manufacturer and said he ordered the parts necessary to fix the problem and would keep up on it and get back to me with a time to come out and fix it. I asked if it would be fixed in less than a month because we sold the house and that's when it would be closing. He said absolutely. I called twice last week to check up on it and the girl who answered said she would look into it, talk to George and call me back. 5 days later she calls me back, is very flustered and raising her voice to me and tells me that she and George checked into it and the parts are lost and she doesn't even know what's going on and they can't fix it and they don't even service that brand of water softeners. They basically charged me $90 to come out and promise something they couldn't fix. She was very rude. When I asked her questions she couldn't answer anything and said we just don't service it and we can't fix it! Terrible, horrible customer service to say the least!!! I called the manufacturing company and they said they never even heard of Avery Plumbing and they are not on their list and they would be more than happy to help me find a plumber who would fix it.
