  After meeting with two different water heater/plumbing companies, one told me that the way I wanted my tankless water heater installed was too complicated, and the other never responded with a quote. Then Avantel appeared. Avantel arrived on time and politely waited as I went through a mile-long list of questions, answering each one. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he described the advantages and disadvantages, as well as several other possibilities and what he would need to do to make it happen. After everything was said and done, I had my tankless water heater installed exactly where I wanted it, and Avantel was nothing but pleasant and professional. It's been almost three months since the installation. Everything is in fantastic functioning order. Our new tankless water heater is fantastic. For any and all future initiatives, I'll be contacting Jim. He's incredible.

  Our water leak was repaired so swiftly that we didn't even know the water was turned off. Jeff performed an excellent job at the meter replacing our damaged mess (old pvc and three PRVs) with all new pex and PRVs that will last a long time. Avantel Plumbing Drain Cleaning and Water Heater Services of Lawrence KS is a company I will definitely use again.
