  Had a $450 Menards water softener installed. At my house 2-1/2 hours plus time to go to Menards in Goshen from Ligonier. Total cost to install $1373. Buyer beware. Always get two quotes. installers comments are accurate. Some billing error was found and he personally came back and provided a refund. Much appreciated.

  Saw review today. This was a new install, no previous softener. Showed up first thing in morning, to acquire a water sample for testing and look job over. Customer stated what softener they wanted, location, and routing. Customer was given price prior to work initiating. Customer okayed, picked up softener, and additional parts. Also grabbed salt for the new unit. Returned completed install, tested unit’s operating cycles. Cleaned up and left a little after noon. Can’t please everybody, even as hard as one may try. Update: Contacted customer, they apologized for initial review, said they didn’t post it. They said their son, ..who doesn’t live with them, posted the review after job was completed.

  Called for service on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in by Monday, which was especially convenient since most other plumbers in the area were giving me a two week lead time. After a particularly intense cold spell, I had no running water to my bathroom sink only. The toilet, faucet, and shower still worked. Scott came in and was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue within an hour. He was very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions. He showed me a few tricks that may also help in the future. 10 out of 10 would definitely call and hire again, if needed.

  If you need a plumber, look no further. Call these people. Scott went above and beyond. He had a long, hard day at our house and even though he ran into some unexpected difficulties, stood by his estimate.
