Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Jonathan was awesome. He rebuilt a valve in my shower, unclogged the sink, and replaced a part in the toilet. It’s so nice to have all my little plumbing issues fixed. Great price too. Will definitely use again!

Worked with Chris and Josh on my sink issue. Price was decent. They are very professional and nice people to work with. The only downside is they had to cut a piece of my drywall to get to the pipes but couldn't repair that part. Also they dug a couple holes to check my septic system and didn't refill 1 of them. I didn't know until well after, but not really a big deal though. Overall I would recommend using their services.

Excellent customer service; will definitely use this company again if needed. Matt Holcomb ( electrician) was one of the most prompt, personable,  and professional people that I have ever encountered; he went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything and ensured that my safety was a priority. The office staff displayed outstanding customer service skills too. This company and Matt deserves 5 stars!!!!

I called on a Saturday and was told that no one may get to me but they would try. They exceeded expectations. Micah was pleasant. It costs more than an overnight call for my HVAC but the service was great. I'd definitely use then again. Hopefully no time soon since my home isn't 5 years old yet. Thank you!

Recently a tree fell on the power lines attached to my grandmother's house ripping them away from her house and causing some minor damage and power outage. I called AUX Home Services and explained to them what had happened and that my grandmother is on an oxygen machine 24/7 and they were very quick to get someone out there even during very busy times (winter storms). They sent out this gentleman named Ronnie and he was just amazing! He was very friendly and professional and treated my grandmother wonderfully, he truly went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and her power restored.

AUX called me because it was time for my annual HVAC inspection(free to those with membership). They sent Walter out and he was more than thorough. Extremely professional and knowledgeable! My wife and I are so thankful that the AUX team has people like Walter working for them. He showed us exactly what was lacking with our system and detailed out what we needed to do to get it 100% before summer comes! 10/10 recommend AUX every time.

My wife and I had power go out to a section of our home. Aux got a technician out to us same day, and let us know both when our technician would be available and when he was on his way. Ronnie was friendly and professional, quickly diagnosing our issue. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Your Tech definitely made a quick decision on what was needed to complete the repair. Even though he had to leave our home to find the parts that where needed he did it without wasting any time. He did a quality job and was very careful as he did. Your company is definitely customer oriented and he was proud to show his expertise. Chance is definitely an asset to your company. Walter was very professional came in went straight to work. Was very nice very repectful. Will ask for him anytime we need Aux to repair our A C. Great company very reasonably priced. Give them a try they have several services all in one company.

Aux Home Svcs worked us in the day lightning caused a failure to the breaker panel. Matt arrived to address our problem far sooner than we expected. Our area seemed to have had widespread issues from the lightning strike that morning.
Matt was complete in showing us the damage to the breaker panel. This home is 25 yrs plus in age. We were able to have repair and replacements made to bring the panel up to date. Multiple pictures were taken by Matt before the start of servicing and when the breakers were removed. Visible signs of damage were seen. He better sealed/secured the breaker box panel and this was clear to see.
A surge protector was added to finish up this job and GFI replacement (s) were added in the garage. Multiple pictures were sent to me of all work throughout the process. Matt was helpful with explanations of what work he was doing, giving us updates and opportunities to view all. We were up and running with power.
Afterwards we discussed concerns we have had to upgrade our switches and sockets throughout the house. The desire to go ahead with this work began early the following day. It was quite a job. This home was built with an over abundance of outlets. We've always had them for use wherever they were needed. Again Matt showed us areas that were clearly obvious for the need of replacement. We are pleased to have had this work done.
I had other questions for Matt and he picked up supplies for a few items we wanted to update. He returned the following day to install smoke and carbon detectors, LED lighting in the laundry room, and some replacement to beneath the kitchen cabinet lighting. He added safety covers to the back porch switch and socket. Just a job well done.
All in all we are well pleased. Furniture was moved and set back in place. Matt even replaced a few bulbs where needed as he saw them (I believe this to be a kind bonus).
A future wish list was discussed for down the road. We'll definitely request for Matt to return again.
Just thankful that Aux Home worked us in when we were in need. Thanks to them and our personable serviceman. We viewed Matt as someone with a good work ethic and a pleasure to meet. His work was very neat in appearance. I rate the experience 5 *s. C Deason
