Needed a good plumber to install and fix a lot of things in our new house in Apopka. Austin did such an amazing job and took time out his schedule multiple times to come and fix what we needed! Absolutely amazing and will definitely be using his services again.

Usually no one is excited to call a plumber, Austin changed that for me. I was at a job when I went to turn the water on the spigot popped out of the wall. It was 4pm and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get anyone out their before the next day, I was very IMPRESSED when Austin said he could be out to me in 40mins. Had me up and running again in no time. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude to enough if I could give 6 STARS I would.

I am 100% satisfied with the professional service & friendliness of Austin The Plumber and his associate, Laura. We were having an issue with our plumbing and called Austin. They came out as soon as possible and found the issues right away! They gave us a fair estimate and came out the next available day to finish the job, which they finished in a day! PLUS, he brought his sidekick and service dog along with him for a doggy play-date with my Basset Hound cause he knew she was lonely and needed a dog friend.. THAT in itself says how genuine and friendly Austin is! I highly recommend Austin The Plumber and his staff for all your plumbing needs!

I contacted Austin for an estimate on replacing our tub/shower with just a shower. He scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 11 and 1. He said he would call when he was on his way.  I have yet to hear from him and it's now Friday. We have made other arrangements for our plumbing need.

I was never contacted by you or anyone from your office. You had my telephone number so you could have called me. Calling a potential customer a liar shows your lack of professionalism. Do not contact me again.

Ms. DeRusha I'm terribly sorry that you didn't receive my response that I was running late and had to reschedule with you. The only communication we conducted was threw Google messaging.

Missing a scheduled appointment is something that we try to avoid at all costs. ATP knows how Important Our Customer's Time Is.

Ms. DeRusha my office left you two messages letting you know we could not make it to our agreed appointment time frame. We never received a response from you.

For you to say you never heard from ATP is a flat out lie.
