  Erik did a fantastic job replacing our 20 year old electric water heater. He explained things well and took time to answer questions. Work site was left clean as well when finished. Very satisfied with the service and would certainly recommend Austin Plumbing. Pete has done an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel plumbing. Excellent attention to detail and great problem solving skills. Our very old house presented some plumbing challenges that Pete handled in stride and with wisdom. Again, very satisfied with Austin Plumbing services and crew.

  Love this company - They do it all! Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to work with. Every employee from this company that has stepped foot on our property has been fantastic. We have used their services for almost 5 years now. Our favorite technician is definitely Mitch! He goes beyond the scope of his services to meet the needs of his clients every time. Erik has also personally reached out to follow up with multiple services in addition. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work ethic and professionalism displayed among every employee in this company. I always learn something new every time we have a service repair or general maintenance. Highly recommend!

  Austin Plumbing did the plumbing on our house when it was built in 1993 and we have used them ever since for maintenance and repair. We use their Diamond Club service so we get an annual inspection which had prevented a lot of issues. They are always friendly, on time, thorough and never leave a mess. Highly recommended
