Austin Area Plumbing has amazing customer service and are very reliable. When my husband and I had some issues with one of our drains, we called them and within the hour, a technician was at our house and the problem was fixed. Call them for any plumbing or remodeling work. Both Dennis and Cobey are awesome and I appreciate them being so willing to help in a pinch.

I had the pleasure of using Austin Area twice during the remodel of our bathroom.  They were prompt and professional. they will be my plumbers of choice. We had Mycol from Austin Area Plumbing come out twice in one week to help repair our main water shut off and to install a new under sink shut off valve and a new dishwasher. Mycol was professional, kind and thorough in his explanations of the work before it was started. He worked diligently and was respectful of our home. If we have any future needs we will be calling on Mycol and AAP to get the work done!

Technician came on time and worked with Navien tech support to troubleshoot water heater problem.  He has to visit us three time because the response from Navien tech support was very slow.   The problem is eventually fixed by replacing PCB and gas control value.  I think that technician from Austin Area Plumbing did good job while Navien tech support was very slow.

Like so many others in our neighborhood our tankless water heater burst during the extreme cold weather a few weeks ago. James provided a detailed timely estimate and provided us with a few options.  We decided to replace the unit. We received updates on the tracking of our new water heater and estimated date of arrival.  As soon as the shipment arrived we were called to schedule an install.  Mycol did the installation and educated me on maintenance surrounding the new unit. I highly recommend Austin area plumbing, they were professional, communicative, and very reasonably priced, and helped us so much during such a stressful time.

Michael and the rest of the team were awesome. They were quick, efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what the expected timeframe and overall cost would be before the replacement came in, which in turn sped up the whole insurance claim process. I have not had any issues with the new water heater since the installation date a couple of weeks ago. Very happy with the results and process as a whole.

Great service. Very satisfied. Did outside line locating for a future project. They had the modern equipment that my older plumbing service (a branch of a AC/plumbing company) wasn't equipped for. AAP will be my regular plumbing service now.

I was hoping that my tankless water heater, which was damaged during the Big Freeze, could be repaired. Dennis did his best to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts more than once, then finally admitted they no longer stock the needed parts. With no repair possible, Dennis replaced my water heater quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.
