  Couldn’t be happier with the service from Austex Plumbing. Dan did an outstanding job, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He fixed the main issue l contacted him about quickly and effectively, while also detecting and stopping a small gas leak that I was unaware of. Again couldn’t be happier with the service, I have definitely found my plumber.

  Our kitchen sink was clogged and draining slowly, so I called Austex Plumbing (who we had previously used with wonderful results), and they did an excellent job once again! Mark looked at my main problem (a clogged kitchen sink), as well as the plumbing lines, which I requested, and he looked at our two bathroom sinks. He gave me several service alternatives. I had him unblock the kitchen sink and route our main sewer line out to the street as a preventative measure. Mark was focused on the task at hand, professional, and tidy.

  Plumber was friendly and professional. He not only handled the installation of our new toilet well, but educated us on proper maintenance. He ran various tests to ensure there were no leaks under our sink and came prepared to clean up after his installation. Would recommend his company.
