  Cy with Atlantis plumbing was awesome! I called and within a few hrs had someone come to check out our issue. As I suspected, the water heater had to be replaced. Cy came out and immediately called out issues with the plumbing that were not up to code that I was aware of due to the inspection report I had done a few months ago. He recommended the most cost effective option. I also showed him a few other things that I was concerned with and he could have recommended those other things to get replaced but he was honest and said it wasn’t necessary at all. Cy, saw I used the garage as a shop and noticed I had cabinets around the water heater. He went out of his way to run the drain around the back of the cabinets to make sure aesthetically it looked better and was easier for me to work around. It’s rare to find people that do good work, are honest, and overall kind. I can’t thank cy and Atlantis enough for their quick and awesome service. Spending almost $3k is not easy however their great customer service makes it worth it and much less painful 😆. Thank you Cy!

  I contracted Atlantis for a commercial backflow replacement. Brian Miller was the tech whom performed the work and was by far the best tech I’ve ever worked with; went business to business notifying tenants of water interrupt, obtained a replacement piece we did not know needed replacing until the unit was dug up same day and got the entire job done! He remained in communication with property ownership and we are all very pleased with the work. 10/10 recommend - will use Atlantis and Brian whenever we have a need in their service area(s)

  Thank goodness for Atlantis. Robert and Bryan have been fantastic to work with. They are both super professional, knowledgeable and thorough and have been very kind and considerate, ensuring that the work was both correct, and reasonably priced. It has been one thing after another and they both helped me through all of it. I'm almost glad (ALMOST) that I had a problem in the first place because now I know who my go-to plumbers are.
