Nancy was a godsend for my mother after an awful experience at the Eatontown NJ Kohler Store.  She was so knowledgeable and efficient!  We will use Atlantic for all of our family's future plumbing needs.

Denise took her time with me and my daughter to explain what choices we have for our bathroom. As we know her time is valuable ( they were very busy ), she did not make us feel rushed and was very happy to answer all of our questions.

Susan was very helpful, explained products and spent a lot of time assisting us in deciding what parts we needed.

If you want to buy anything from there showroom area, don't even think about, it is not worth it, too much hassle. I live in walking distance to that place. I need a lot of good quality stuff for my unique multiple family houses, but I prefer to get from the Internet or travel to the other places, even far away. I am very knowledgeable about quality products but I didn't see in their showroom any good quality stuff, I changed all toilets in my places to one piece toilets. And I will release on YouTube videos how I installed the toilets unique way with lifetime trouble free.

It was the worst experience ever I ordered parts for a boiler and they couldn't find them the guy was so retarded behind the counter he could not use the computer to look up my water or find my part the parts were right in front of him on the counter the whole time and he had to spend a half-hour making up excuses why he couldn't find them when they were right in front of him
