  I moved in Atlantic Plumbing last year and I love it! Great amenities, great gym! Staff are very nice! Specifically Bernard, every time I need help with something Bernard is my go to guy. Bernard is always going above and beyond for the residents. My advice to management is to keep guys like him around and things will continue to run smoothly.

  Since day 1 Atlantic Plumbing has been a spectacular. The building is great, but the staff are really what make it special. Bernard, Moolu, and Odingas treat their tenants like family. The building is located in the epicenter of all things great in DC, and the ability to walk anywhere and do anything is great. If you don't want to leave the building, the amenities are top notch. Thank you for a great 2 years AP!!

  Horrible application process as a student with a co-signer. A week after applying we heard nothing from Atlantic Plumbing. I had to email them to figure out why our application was not being processed. Atlantic told us that my co-signers application was showing up as blank on their side due to an error in their system. Instead of allowing us to re-do the application or Atlantic sending an email listing all the information and documents that would need to be resubmitted, they had us send documents one by one through email. Every time we submitted information there was radio silence and we constantly had to email THEM to learn it was a new issue and more documents needed. This entire process took three weeks only leading us to being denied in the end (and I still haven’t received the results from my screening). Such a waste of time and money. Applied to an apartment down the street from Atlantic and had no issues with the application. The apartment was a couple hundred dollars more a month and I was approved and moved in faster than it took to even get my application PROCESSED by Atlantic.
