Wow - had a wonderful experience with Eduardo!! He showed up on time, got us out of a real pinch through creative and effective work, and was kind and courteous the whole time. We are so grateful.

Will be using these folks again for sure!

Eduardo was able to come to my home on same day as issue- very kindly helped me with the pet he had in his truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Called and asked if they would confirm an order that we sent over to them and Dee was rude and nasty. Tried to advise we have sent them orders in the past and he hung up on me.

Be careful with this company.  I hired them to fix a bath faucet that would run while the shower was on. They charged $275 to replace the stems but never actually fixed the problem. In the moment, I also figured I’d have them replace the toilet handle since that would run after being flushed. They charged $97 for that and it still ran afterwards! It’s a rental property and I figured it was worth it to hire someone to fix the issues since I don't have much time to get over there but At Your Service is a complete rip off.  The total bill was $417 with the trip charge. A complete waste of money.

I called the plumber to have him come back and fix the issues but he wouldn’t stand by his work.  I then called their office to speak to a manager and they said the owners live in Georgia and don’t really speak to customers!

They have all this talk about being a family run business but that’s just for show. They don’t care about their customers.

Eduardo is the best!!!! Came during their window of time estimate. Worked quickly and efficiently and helped me understand the issue. Very fair price. So thankful! 100% asking for him next time I have any plumbing issues!!
