  Steven was fabulous. Very responsive, professional and very fairly priced for his services. Steven was great at trouble shooting too. He was very polite and patient as well. I will use him for all my plumbing needs from now on.

  Called to remove old dishwasher and install new dishwasher. Bought the dishwasher from Lowe’s and their installation fee was $240. They couldn’t install for 3 to 4 weeks and we could not wait. Steve came and charged $375 for the install and left without completing job because he did not know that the dishwasher could be hardwired. When he came back to install the hard wiring he wanted to charge another $100 dollars equalling a total of $475 to install the dishwasher. We felt he should have completed the job without the extra charge. Will not use Steve again and would definitely not recommend. Very unprofessional. He left without completing the job.

  I'm very sorry Patricia for the experience that you've had with me. I first want to thank you for allowing me to come to your home. Being the owner/plumber with a master plumbing license that is fully insured, I take great pride in making sure the job is done correctly while keeping the home clean with tarps. Plumbing is my passion and never cut corners because of time or costs. Installing a dishwasher can be very complicated. There is the plumbing/electrical connections and more importantly making sure the dishwasher is installed flush and square to the cabinets. I'm very meticulous about that. That type of care is usually not performed by unknown, unverified 3rd party contractors from the big box stores. If there is an issue they will walk out of your home and tell you to call a plumber. My fee for installing your dishwasher was $350 + tax. The additional $110 cost is a great value for what I can provide over an unknown contractor. Existing hardwire was present to the original dishwasher. The dishwasher that was provided was missing the electrical box to be hardwired. An outlet plug in type connection was provided. Most dishwashers either have to be hardwired or be plugged into an outlet. You were notified of this before the work was performed. I was told to go ahead with the work and that your electrician will return to install an outlet behind the dishwasher. Soon after, you had purchased a hardwire dishwasher adapter to be installed. In order to install the new electrical adapter, that was not provided during the original installation, the water/drain connection would have to be removed. The dishwasher would have to be completely removed. The entire dishwasher installation process would have to be performed twice. The original dishwasher installation took over 2.5 hours making sure everything fit perfect. The installation was completed with the homeowner supplied extension cord so the dishwasher could be used. The job was completed, tested and working before I left. The $100 charge to perform the dishwasher installation again is more than fair. My job could not be finished on the 1st visit because the customer supplied dishwasher did not have the correct parts for the installation. I take great care in making sure the job is done right while making sure both parties are pleased. Unfortunately at this time we will have to agree to disagree on how this matter should have been solved.

  This was our 1st time using Steve at a short. It won't be the last. It's the 1st time in the history of my life that a plumber showed up showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Fixed the issue the 1st time 1st time correctly. The kind of guy you trust in your home.
