  Gives bid and then changes it in the middle of the job. John then doesn’t answer the phone or even come out to the job. Then tells employees not to talk to the customer! I had them finish what they were on and fired them on the rest of the job.

  John will come across as your best friend but will stab you in the back with a chubby smile on his face, somehow get his small fat legs into his lifted truck and then hid behind his employees.
