  This builder does not stand behind his work. He used inferior materials on an exposed deck where the deck joists are plain wood, not treated or protected in any way, which are now rotting after 6 years. The deck boards are Tamco Envision which is excellent and very expensive materials now sitting on rotting joists. The builder claims he built the deck to code which I will have to look into, but given the choice 6 years ago I would have opted for better material even at at higher cost, but was never given the option. I would not recommend this builder.
