These guys came out quickly and got my drain open again. Very thorough, professional,  and friendly. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand. I have an older home so I'll have them back for routine maintenance. Thanks for all you did, guys!

They came out fast and they did a great job. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I keep looking down and the pipe and the water is gone everything is running great.

Service tech (Alec) arrived on time and was very pleasant.  He explained what he was doing, fixed our issue and had some good advice how to permanently fix the problem.  He worked consistently during his time with us.  Glad we called ASAP, they had the fastest response to helping us out during the weekend and our service tech was professional.

WARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! Brief summary... Besides showing up 1.5 hours before i had them scheduled. I had to hurry home (30 min from where I work), my wife already signed a contract. By the time i got home damage was done.  They have you sign a contract before they do anything making you reliable for their equipment if it gets stuck, broken, or lost in your pipe. You pay them $279.99 up front and they will get give it back if you get their equipment back with in  48 hours. He said he felt a blockage with his camera and tried "pushing" through it. He double up his camera and broke the chord trying to retrieve it. Told me there was a problem with my pipe. Hired a contractor to come get his camera out. Dug down 10 feet to where the location of the camera was and cut the pipe. The pipe was not plugged or damaged. John got his camera stuck in a perfectly straight pipe. The total bill was $2100 for the excavation and repair. I did not get refunded my $279.99. Do not use this company!!!!!!! You have to pay for their carelessness and negligence. I have never heard of a business where you have to pay to retrieve their equipment.

We are sorry you feel this way. We did everything in our power to help you. The pipes need to be fixed underground. Our company does not do that line of work. You need an excavator. Dont shoot the messenger please. We did not cause the issue you called is for.

Service was performed for Traci Tomko…..and the young man Alec did a superb job! He was exceptionally courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable, helpful in explaining problem and process. He made a horrible situation very comforting with his thoughtfulness and concern. Very impressive young man. Traci Tomko
