  Waited 8 months to write this review. Had an electrical issue late on a Saturday night. Promptly had a visit within a few hours (speed was good, even tried to help over the phone). Once he got here ( I believe his name was Michael), he spent way too long wandering around the house and trying to convince me of a problem that didn't exist. Was quoted over $8,000 for a "faulty service that was shorting out". This was for about 30ft of wire in an unfinished garage that would apparently be a 2 person job over 3 days, mind you. Had a mini panic attack then and there. He stated he would would reduce the cost (only slightly, about $8hr worth) if I helped do the work for him. I just played along with his "expertise" while he was here because it was dark and I couldn't see a thing. Also couldn't get the guy out of my house. Kept boasting about how many businesses he's started and ran (all over the country, too), but I guess he forgot to mention how they've all failed. He spent almost 3 hours here and I paid a $250 "finders fee" for a problem that didn't even exist. Next day, broad daylight looked over his "findings" to see there wasn't a problem with "shorting and scorched wires". Got a second opinion just in case and it turned out to be a $50 diagnosed and installed faulty GFI outlet in our laundry room. Got a third opinion that the service is also just fine. I can confirm that 8 months later, the service is still just fine and there isn't actually a problem. Buyer beware, this guy either tries to actively scam people who know less than him into unnecessarily expensive repairs, or just has no idea what he is doing. Not a good way to run a business, as his history seems to tell. Either way, proceed with caution. There are many better options in Twin and I will not be using ASAP again, ever. Waste of $250 and 3 hours of my life I'll never get back.

  Michael Durgin is not professional contractor. It was so disappointing, stressful and I was so depressed. He doesn't know what he is doing I fired him for what he did to my house. He messed up my door and my roof. I ended up to hire another contractor to fix and repair for what he did to my roof and my door. Here's the picture of all the damage that he did to my house.

  Had a tech come look at our ac unit. It wasn’t cooling properly. He spent 30 min looking at it then came to the conclusion the compressor wasn’t working. Then he tried to sell me a new ac unit. A compressor can be replaced without replacing the whole unit. Plus the ac unit was only 1.5 years old. I got a second opinion from a more experienced company. The refrigerant regulator was fried. Two completely different things and the latter is definitely cheaper to repair. $125 wasted on this company.
