  Well at first "ASAP" couldn't come out for a few hours and we had sewage coming into the house. But when I said I was going to try to get someone sooner, they said ok. Then they called back and said they had someone in the area and he was there within five minutes. So that was very good. But it cost a pretty penny. The guy wasn't there for 30 minutes and charged $245. That's the price you pay for emergency service I suppose. But then the guy didn't put the cap back on the outside drain pipe. It's a good thing I checked it. Any number of creatures could've crawled up through that uncovered pipe. For that kind of money at that little time spent, I feel like he should have screwed the cap back on.

  Caveat Emptor...Beware (price gouging) I contacted ASAP plumbers about replacing a hose bib on the outside of my house. They told me they would call AHEAD OF THE APPOINTMENT and would be here between 2 and 5. They showed up without calling at 12 PM. Without calling ahead of time ,they just walked into the backyard we have a big dog and they called me while they were here and told me it would be $325. to use the existing parts and re attach. I'm in the real estate business and I can tell you the parts to replace us would be less than $10 if they use the existing parts. Clearly this company's taken is advantage of people . This job at best should not have cost more than $200. Florida contractors are notorious for ripping people off shop around and get a referral.

  This outfit is an absolute "Rip Off". They took advantage of my wife who has no idea what replacing a water heater entails. And in my absence charged her $900.00, not counting the price of the water heater, to install it, which took all of one and a half hours. I belong to several local service organizations and I would not recommend these people to anyone, not even to change a hose washer. So, to anyone considering to hire this outfit, BEWARE.
