  Placed a service call through my home warranty company and the work order was sent to this company on 11/23/2021. Given Thanksgiving, I waited til today 12/2/2021, no call from the contractor at all. Called and talked to a guy. He said it is too far. A simple phone call would have been nice. Or cancel it with the home warranty company so they can place us with another contractor.

  Placed a service call through my home warranty company and the work order was sent to this company. 48 hours later no call. Called and left message with plumbing company for update and no call. Called back to warranty company 72 hours later who was now able to get in touch with them to find out they don’t service the area. A simple phone call would have been nice it’s just common courtesy.

  The owner, Bill has exceptional customer service skills. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He has a great deal of integrity and I highly respect his truthfulness and morals! We had a sewage backup at a rental property. Rather then be a money hog, Bill saved us 10k or more by simply being honest. He walked us through the process and was always available to take our calls. We are forever grateful for Bill and will recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber.
