  Marvin responded immediately after I called. He set up a time and was prompt on his arrival. I called 2 different times for 2 separate jobs and each time he responded the same. He identified my problems and then explained what caused each of them. He assessed each situation and came up with a quote while on the job site. He worked fast and efficiently. He checked his finished product and guaranteed each repair. I'm loyal and he's got my business!
