  Asked to come when not raining, buried truck husband pulled out said he would fix lawn never did. Asked to use extension but instead drove right up to pipe and over piping under ground. Last year only pumped half and sucked up bottom called, never returned call but was already paid. Been using for over 20 years but finding another that doesn't mind us paying them money for a job well done

  Had to leave a message. When I called back the next day I was on the schedule and they showed up that day. Would have been nice to get a call back to confirm they got the message. Did a good job.

  My parents septic was frozen and needed to be pumped. They called and we're told they needed a part due to a truck being out of commission and that was the end of the conversation. No callback to verify they were coming out, no time set, nothing. Julie called my mother and was very rude to her. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and rude.
