  Went to Home Depot requested to have tankless Water Heater be installed. ARS called me and set an appointment for an assessment which is a 4 hour window. 2-6 was the window they called at 3:33 to cancel my appointment which I missed work for. Based off the other reviews this place sucks. Home Depot needs to drop them for wasting people's time.

  I cannot believe this is Home Depot’s service provider for water heaters. Made an appointment with a 4-hour window yesterday, they didn’t show up then rescheduled. The rescheduled date they didn’t show up. What a waste of time.

  Terrible people. Ordered hot water heater on Thursday set for it to be delivered on Saturday but called an hour after the set time frame of 12-4 said they wouldn’t get to it. Set for Sunday morning 8 to 12 called at 11 said they wouldn’t be able to get to me within the time frame said I was still on the schedule. Waited 2 hours and called again they said he might be there all day. I’m no going to wait 2 years for a hot water. Home Depot shouldn’t deal with them.
