      Called and made appointment specifically discussed the issue and where the clog was. They had special of $88 which they stated only would be for 75 feet of snake with camera. Technician came and gave me a $425 quote. Said that this special was not for a shower drain but a clear drain. This is not what was advised when calling in the phone and booked appointment. Unbelievable that they would charge and would only take 10% off for senior discounts.

      I have used Rescue Rooter for years. Our house has had plumbing issues so we have used them for a new clean out line, unclogging pipes, installing garbage disposal, yearly cleaning outs etc. I would have used them forever but today they have destroyed my trust in them. Office staff did not seem to be able to get a plumber out to my house to fix a leaking toilet. It’s been 3 days of no shows at the time scheduled. I would call and check on status of the plumber by the end of the day and got several answers each time that conflicted with the last person I spoke with. I will go find another company that needs my business. Very disappointed in this company. The fact I am posting a review…..which I never do should tell u something about how I feel.

      Well where do I start, I purchased a refrigerator and range to be delivered the same day Monday 11/29/21. The appliances came within the appointment window but they said that the refrigerator would need a shutoff valve for the ice maker behind the appliance so they refuse to install. So while the delivery guys were here I called this local plumbing company, they said we can be there between 2pm to 6pm the same day Monday 11/29/21. Well around 2pm there dispatch called and said we are running behind, we can reschedule to Wednesday 12/1/21. Feeling pressed to get my new refrigerator installed I said yes, but I looked for other options. I called another plumbing company and got an appointment on Tuesday 11/30/21. I called Rescue Rooter to cancel their later appointment the dispatcher said keep the appointment you can cancel before we come. Meanwhile Tuesday came the plumber from the other company came out and said you don’t need a shutoff valve there’s already one under the sink in the kitchen, feeling a little confused I kept my Wednesday appointment with this company. Wednesday came the dispatcher called and I said come out, the plumber came out and confirmed that I need a shutoff valve behind the refrigerator for the appliance company to install. He surveyed the job and being a larger guy he determined I would a smaller plumber and he would help get this scheduled. He said we can’t today but we will have someone here tomorrow Thursday 12/02/21 in the morning. Well that came and went I called and they said he’s running late but will be there around 1pm. Well that didn’t happen I called back and they said let me check I explained my frustrations and person promised me Sunday 12/5/21 in the morning nothing has happened and I would not or will not recommend this company to anyone…..
