First appointment nobody showed up. Called and dispatch hung up on me. Called Home Depot to make a complaint and request another company for water heater installation but they informed me ARS was the only company they use. Made a 2nd apportionment bewtween 9-1 a few days later and nobody showed up, again.

The gentleman that came out was so nice and very knowledgeable He was amazing and did an amazing job stayed here as long as it took to get the job done and did it for less money than another company that I had hired the week before that didn't do the job just solved the issue for that time and charged me twice as much I always thought big companies were more expensive well let me tell you ARS HAD A MUCH BETTER PRICE AND DID A MUCH BETTER JOB if I ever need anything else done with anything that I have this is exactly who I will call I will not call anyone else from now on I haven't found a company in a long time that I can try trust so if you're looking for someone that you can trust and will do a good job here you go

Great service! A big thanks to Steven E. #238, technician, he was professional and very informative. He kept us inform every step of the way of the services being performed and recommendations for preventing maintenance . He was considerate of my home and wore shoe covers to keep my floor from getting dirty. Overall great service!
