      They installed my whole home humidifier approximately four years ago. I’ve had to call every season to have the system worked on. I called a different company one season and they said the saddle valve needed to be replaced so they emptied the water took it off and replaced it on my old water tank. I had a new water tank installed this year. I called this company back when there is no water coming through the system. Tech was twisting and turning the valve on the saddle valve a lot it ended at the tubing was clogged once you replace the tubing and put on a new saddle valve. Next morning I realize he did not empty the water and takeoff the old Saddle valve which is only four months old because this was a new piece of piping on the new water heater he instead installed a second saddle valve. I go into my basement the next morning and realize the old saddle valve but he kept cranking on was now leaking. He claimed when I called into the company that that saddle valve was already leaking. Which makes no sense then why is he charging me for a repair and leaving a leaking saddle valve and putting a second saddle valve on the copper piping? What type of repairs at then supposedly the first saddle valve was leaking he just left it and put a second one on this makes no sense. This company has really gone downhill! I ended up paying almost $200 for them to calls a leaking issue in my basement now that I’m going to now have to call a plumber to pull the copper piping and start over.

      ARS was completely professional from the moment I contact them at 9pm on a Saturday evening to the time they had a technician out to my home at 8:30 the next morning - Chris, my tech, was amazing! He explained everything that he was going to do to diagnose the issue and then covered all of my repair options with a clear and understandable picture of the associated costs. He went through multiple areas of my home and took additional time to explain minor alterations that I could make to improve the life/health of my plumbing. I appreciate Chris’ patience with ensuring that I was happy before he left! I won’t hesitate to contact ARS for any future plumbing needs, prices are extremely fair and they were able to get someone to my home in a timely manner.

      I had a sewer back up & I called at 8pm, had a very quick response, she found an appointment for me between 8 & 12 the next morning! Mathew called to advise me that he is on his way at 9am. Mathew was excellent! He assessed the problem, explained it, fixed it, & cleaned up. He was very professional & courteous.
