  Great customer service and great professional tech. Very upfront and honest, recommended for a/c work.****** ************************************************************************* Needed to edit this on 12/30/21, This company is the biggest joke. Yes they have great customer service but their values and prices are astronomical. For repair work I was quoted over 4k dollars and was told it was a safety concerns and I had to fix right away. Then of course was told that they could have a Sales Rep out that day. So I agreed to that and then they quoted me 15k for a new system with a bunch of deals they were giving me for a system that shouldn't of cost more than about 9k. So I had a certified commercial A/C repair man that was a friend of the family that has over 30 years experience come out to verify the findings and he just laughed. He got the same parts and installed them for $700. He said never to call them again. They were even wrong what kind of blower motor my unit had. They were telling me we had a variable speed motor and it alone was $650 for the part and another almost $500 to install, but instead it was a standard $130 blower motor. They said my heat shields for my gas burners were destroyed and had to replace the entire unit and that was $1400, but in fact it was just a $30 heat shield that needed to be replaced. Just simple trying to get me to buy a new unit. I wont do business with them ever again.

  John was really nice and very helpful. Thank you so much. My family and I just got a new home and needed a new hot water to be put in and John new just what to do. It didn't take long. Hot water heater will be installed tomorrow. Thanks John. No more boiling water to fill up bath tubs to wash up in. Very thankful

  Ray, our technician, is always friendly, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable. At the office if we ever have a question they are friendly courteous and helpful. I would definitely Recommend ARS of Columbia for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.
