  If it was possible, I would give Arrowhead a 10 out of 5 stars! I had two incredible experiences with them - one expected and one unexpected. For the unexpected experience, I want to give a huge shoutout to Tony and Jenna for the help they were able to provide late on a Friday night. I sent a few pictures of my issue to Tony and luckily he was able to help me out on the phone. It was a big relief to not have him come to the house for an emergency visit for something that I ended up being able to take care of myself (I thought I had a major emergency but once I talked with him, it just ended up being something minor). Talk about GREAT customer service and a way to get a life-time customer! For the expected experience, I had a whole house water filter system installed by LL and he was top notch. He took the time to explain the system to me and how everything worked and why he did things a certain way during the install. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Long story short, I was very impressed with Arrowhead and would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!!!

  We just finished a main floor remodel and Dave and his guys did all the plumbing for us. This included moving a lot of old plumbing to new areas, installing a new master bathroom, half bathroom, kitchen sink/disposal and moving a gas line. They were very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They were also great at lending suggestions and ideas where needed. I really like that Dave came out to do the original estimate. They were very fair priced as I had received a couple of estimates from other places. LL was the main guy on our job and he was extremely detail oriented and helpful. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

  I had a leak from a valve in my underground water line. Yikes! After extensive research I settled on Arrowhead. The reviews were excellent and they were 40% under my other estimate. I liked that the owner Dave came out to give a detailed estimate. The work crew headed up by Anthony (call him Tony) was amazing! They were efficient, very clean and qualified. They explained what they were doing, showed me the parts, and obviously love their work. Tony went out of his way to offer to fix and replace a timber garden border that had moved out of place. The job was finished in a matter of a few short hours and totally cleaned up. To top this off I even got a senior discount! Arrowhead has excellent work ethic, very fair pricing and will definitely be the one to call for any future problems and I hope you do too. You won't be disappointed!
