We had a high water bill and could not find out why. I contacted Arrow Plumbing and after an initial phone interview scheduled an appointment. They came as planned and found the leak within 30 minutes. The technician was very helpful, friendly and was easy to talk with. He also gave useful advice to help me with a future project. I will definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Waist of my 40$ and time, ask if he could do upgrades to my bathtub faucet and replace shut off valve to my toilet. He said the only way he can upgrade my faucet is to tear open my wall. Why would he needs to do all that basically bye passing everything that he should be touching just to leave a hole in my wall and charge me 879$ to do so. And then ask about the toilet he had already gave me a price and he then went up on the price on that. Are you really a Plumber or did you just want a quick 40$ be careful who you let in your house and just because people have good advertising don’t make them good. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I’m slow.

The friendly service representative came out in the afternoon but his equipment broke. I had to take the next morning off of work so he could come back out. He and another representative showed up but they could not clear the washing machine drain that they had worked on for 2 hours. They went in through a vent in the roof as well as the washer drain, but the laundry room continued to flood. They discussed cutting into my wall or charging me $700 more dollars for a flush of the line with a pressure washer. I was still charged over $215 for the visit which did not help the problem. Maybe if they would have seen the exterior pipe in the wall just outside the washer they could have tried that. Instead they want to charge $1204 to put in a clean out drain and $447 to diagnose and replace the washer drain line. Pricing seems extremely high and this wasn’t even an emergency call. Shop around before you call Arrow.
