  Kip and his staff worked on a complicated issue with our tankless water heater under warranty. They received no labor compensation from the manufacturer but ended up with a replacement after the manufacturer gave in after they worked 12 hours as the manufacturer Navien insisted it could be repaired. Thanks for your efforts working in a hot attic.

  We hired Arrow Plumbing to install a whole home water filtration system, r/o tank, gas line for a generator, and a few other small things around the house. I’ve hired many plumbing companies over the years and this was by far my best experience! Kip at Arrow was awesome, and his crew was great as well. They were on time and Kip took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I am also impressed with the quality of their work. We will absolutely use Arrow Plumbing again the next time we need a professional plumbing company. Thanks Kip & Arrow! Kyle & Nickie Norris

  I cannot PRAISE Kip and his staff enough! I am so thankful, amazed and in awe of the whole experience from the time I called them requesting service up until the time they drove away! 'Impressed' just isn't an adequate word for the appreciation I have for this company. All the guys were extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, considerate, efficient and very skilled. I urge everyone to use ARROW PLUMBING and no one else!!! Thank you Kip!
