  Bob and Joshua did an amazing job on this Install. They replaced our 40+ year old Boiler, Thermostats, and checked the existing pipes for any leaks. They found a pinhole leak in an original elbow and replaced that also. Above and beyond my expectations. Both Bob and Joshua were very courteous, answered all our questions, respected our property, and did a great clean up upon their completion. We are very happy with the quality of the equipment, installation, and pricing. Our Sales Rep, Jamie, was courteous and professional. He got the quote done quickly and scheduled our Installation in a very timely manner. We were without heat and had a very cold few days coming up. He was able to get it scheduled before the super cold nights hit. We are very grateful for that! We will not hesitate to use Armstrong Comfort Solutions for any future Heating needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and give them 5 Stars for their work.

  The team that did my furnace installation were very respectful and kind. They were knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know about my furnace and thermostat. They also left their work area as well as my house neat and clean when they were done. I also was very impressed with your salesman Jamie. He was also very respectful and kind. I’d had a bad experience with another company. Jamie took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a few different options to choose from. I very much appreciated the time that he took too understand what I wanted and not push me into what he thought I should have. All of these guys were great.

  Overall I was very happy with our service and the outcome. I have an old house which means old pipes and weird repairs/fixes from prior owners to work with. The technician did a great job figuring out what was wrong and was considerate when needing to cut holes in our drywall to repair the pipe. He didn’t get the clog fully however and another person came out next day to finish it. Which was a success. I’m giving 3 stars because of needing a second day tech but mainly the cost. $180/hr plus $89 service charge is really expensive. They didn’t charge us for the second technician to come out but I feel that’s because my husband made it clear we wouldn’t be paying. To better improve this negative of price issue, I recommend waiving the service fee if the customer hires you to do the job. Just that little thing would say a lot to a customer. So if one doesn’t mind spending the money I definitely recommend this company for their service and quality.
