  We purchased a TRANE 19 Seer 5-ton XV19 Low Profile variable capacity split heat pump system. Robert was the salesman that came to our home and gave us a bid on what we wanted done. He walked the house and elevated our needs. He was able to e-mail us a bid that we thought was a fair price. We agreed and he came back to our house with a technician and they measured and laid out a plan that would serve our needs. They were very precise and let us know where everything would go. We wanted the whole old system removed and a whole new system and duct work replaced. We feel that our needs were met and that we indeed have a NEW and UPDATED system throughout our home. There have been a couple of times we had to have them come back to check on a problem here or there. Other than a couple of communication problems the problems were taken care of and resolved right away. So far we love the system. It heats the house up great and is so quiet you don't even know it is on. It hasn't been hot enough for us to really test the cooling. Dukes of Air have been wonderful to work with. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

  I received a few quotes and this company was by far the best price and to that the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. This made my decision easy. The install was on time and the technicians were fast and efficient. Very happy with my choice

  Purchased 5 ton & they installed at end of summer. Has run fantastic. Our electric bill dropped significantly. Turned to heat & worked as expected, then turned it on last night & wasn't heating. Called Duke's, service tech came earlier, looked & found it was an issue with the thermostat. He reset it & is working great. Our tech was friendly, professional, courteous, & took the time to explain what happened. Love doing business with this company. Highly recommend!
