  Jack does tremendous work. He drove over 2 hours to install our new system and has been out a couple times for maintenance as well. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend doing business with him.

  He came on time.... very good at what he does.... but he charged $125.00 dollars for a service charge..... the owner of the property through it should have been a lot less for no more than what he had done..... so I am in a little hot water..

  We had a problem with our AIr Conditioner on a Saturday. Called all kinds of places even 24 hour places. Arctic air was only person to reply he was out of town on a family trip said he would be there as soon as he got back to town. He got me back up and running and also helped me get a new unit when it was needed. They answer phone day or night. Does high quality work. He sometimes runs a little late but that is because he doesn’t rush one job to get to the next. Explains details well. Very professional and nice. Very easy to work with. Would definitely call again if we had a problem and I would definitely recommend him to others
