  Arctic Air Plumbing & Heating is the only company I will ever use from now on. Alex is the most responsive owner. He does the job himself in the most professional manner. He answered our call on a Sunday morning and stopped by in half an hour to take care of a leak for us. He is the most honest person I've ever met. Other plumbing companies charge more for weekend and emergency service, not Arctic air Plumbing. Alex thank you for your amazing customer service and your expertise.

  I called to have my HVAC unit checked after another company improperly installed it. David came promptly, identified all of the problems, handled himself with utmost professionalism, and made sure to take his time and explain to us exactly what was wrong and why. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows! Would recommend David and Arctic Air Plumbing & HVAC to anyone looking for transparency, honesty, responsiveness, and above all excellent craftsmanship.
