Entire process was smooth, I was able to get an appointment the very next day, arctic air sent me a text with the photo on technician ahead of time, so I know who to expect. Fred was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He put drop cloth to ensure my home didn’t get dirty, he was very careful not to create any mess and he answered all my questions patiently. It took 2-3 hours and overall it was a very good install.

+ I paid the exact amount I was quoted, there were no surprise costs 🙂

We realized our furnace stopped working so called Arctic to stop by and check it out. They replied and sent someone same day. Communication was great and easy. I got texts with the time, the person was coming, and their photo so I knew who to expect. The technician diagnosed the problem; they first looked for replacement parts but because our HVAC was on the older side (2005), we had to replace. Arctic helped coordinate the contract and explained the options via email. Once we signed and confirmed- They sent two people to replace that same week. The people they sent were on time, fast, professional and  removed our old system quickly and cleanly. I felt the pricing was fair after researching online. They were good about telling us how it worked once installed and how to call if issues. All in all very pleasant experience start to finish and now we have heat and AC again!

Artic did a great job replacing my electrical panel. The techs were professional and were very knowledgeable. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward! All done at a great price. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who came to service the Air Conditioner was professional! He wore plastic on his shoes when he came into my home and he gave me the instructions on how to change the thermostat from heat to cool to off James was very polite and did his job in a timely manner.

Our technician, Fred, was wonderful! He was extremely professional and personable. He quickly identified where the leak was coming from and not only cleared out the clog in the pipes, but also checked and cleared out all surrounding pipes. He spent the time offering tips on how to maintain it ourselves going forward and was extremely helpful in explaining where all shutoff valves were located in case we need it in the future. Very happy with the service!

The worst company ever. Last December, They changed my 3 big boilers with the new ones. And, they had been checked my heater system. They checked all the pipes inside the rooms, I paid $13, 000 dollars for my service .1-2 weeks after they checked my system, the master bedroom pipe was broken. Water blew out from the pipe during the night.  the damage because of this broken pipe, was more than $10,000 in my house. They came and fixed the pipe.  They charged me an additional 880 dollars. Although I refused this amount. I paid for it. I asked them to check all the pipes before they leave. They checked the other rooms' heater pipes. After they left I figured out that, my office room's heater control button is not working anymore. Before, the checked it was working well. I called them to come and fix it. They did not want to respond. They had been very rude to me. They are not coming to fix my room's heater control button. Now, it is always being at a very high temperature. And the temperature is never getting to a lower level. Now, It is impossible to stay in my office room anymore, I have no clue how to make it off. they broke my office room's pipe's heater control. Now, it is not working. I told them to fix it. Nobody responded to me. They concern only about the money they take. Their after-maintenance service is horrible.

Sean did a great job. He went an extra mile to explain how things work. I absolutely loved the professionalism he showed.
